I'm the founder of Agentropic, where we put autonomous agents into real business workflows. I run a small engineering team and we ship products end to end: the model is the cheap part — the harness, the guardrails, and the integration are the work.

I write here about agentic systems, building, and what actually holds up when you leave software running unattended. No content calendar. Things I've been thinking about that feel worth sharing.
